Sales & Delivery Terms
1. Ownership and Payment
- The vendor retains ownership of goods until full payment is received.
2. Shortage Notification
- Any shortage of goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Inspection of Deliveries
- Customers must fully inspect door, sanitaryware, and other deliveries upon receipt. Damaged goods cannot be accepted after receipt.
4. Handling Charge on Returns
- A 30% handling charge applies to returned stock items.
5. Unloading Assistance
- Customers are responsible for arranging assistance to unload goods; our delivery personnel will not carry goods inside.
6. Special Orders
- Specially ordered goods are non-refundable.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items (e.g., plaster items) are non-returnable.
8. Additional Ordered Goods
- We do not collect extra ordered goods.
9. Card Refund Policy
- Refunds for card payments will be returned to the original card used. Cash or alternate card refunds cannot be issued.
